We are glad that you are joining us for worship! For those that desire to come to church, we will require the following:

Please RSVP with the number of people in your party, as we will close this form once the permitted number is reached.
Please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes before service begins. We are asking that everyone wear a mask, including children ages 2 and up, for the duration of the service. If you forget your mask, we will provide one for you. Ushers will direct you to your seat as you enter the building.
We will ask that both adults and children remain at their seat and in the Sanctuary for the duration of the service (approx. one hour). If this will not be possible for your children, we would ask that you continue worshiping via our livestream for now. In later phases of our re-opening, we will be able to ease restrictions and/or offer alternate options for those with young children.
