Restoration Community Church

resyouth

ResYouth is our ministry to middle and high school students! Our prayer is that youth will know they are beloved children of God, bought by the Son of God, and belong to the family of God so that they may love God, love the Family, and welcome others in. Transformed by the gospel, we desire for our ResYouth to experience a shared, internalized, and applied faith.

  • Youth Group Nights: During the fall & spring semesters, youth gather from 5:00-7:00pm on Sunday evenings for Youth Group Nights at The Annex. This time consists of music, games, food, teaching, and fellowship. We discuss topics relevant to the youth's current stage of life, such as identity in Christ, spiritual disciplines, purpose, and relationships. Check the church calendar to see which Sunday evenings we will be gathering.

  • Youth Sunday School: During the fall & spring semesters, Sunday School is offered at 9:00am at The Annex as an opportunity for youth to engage in foundational aspects of our faith. Fall topics include How to Read the Bible, Prayer, and Core beliefs. Spring semester then applies those skills and learning in a Bible-study format.

  • Additional Events: Other aspects of ResYouth throughout the year include,

    • 1-on-1 discipleship

    • Youth-led Worship

    • Winter Retreat

    • Summer Mission Trip

    • Service Projects

    • Annual Parties (Halloween, Christmas, etc.)
