ResYouth is our ministry to middle and high school students! We believe ResYouth will experience Jesus, know Jesus, and trust Jesus in such a way that transforms their lives and equips them to fulfill their calling in God’s Story of restoration. Transformed by the gospel, ResYouth exists to cultivate our youths' relationship with Jesus alongside gospel community, grow in godly character, and engage our world and culture with love, curiosity, and discernment. The primary avenues for this to take place are, generally, through a monthly rotation of the following events:
Youth Group Nights: Twice a month our youth get together from 5-7pm for Youth Group Nights at The Annex, This time consists of food, fellowship, teaching, and discussion. Each semester we spend time studying a book of the Bible, or a topic that is important to the stage of life our youth are in.
Youth Lead Worship: Any time there is a 5th Sunday in a month, our youth lead Sunday morning worship. From coffee & communion set up, to welcome team, to nursery, to AV, to the worship team, our youth are serving. We believe our youth are not only a part of the next generation of church leaders but are valuable members of the Body today!
