After graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and working in Chicago as a consultant, Daniel moved to St. Louis and received his Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2009. He is married to Hannah Song, and they have three children Stephen, Renee, and Norah. Dan has also been on the leadership board of Inter-Minority Dialogue, an organization committed to learning from and building bridges among ethnic minorities in St. Louis.
